THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES
✔ 10 PRIVATE SESSIONS WITH SANDIRA
- Each session lasts 75 minutes, except for the first one, which can extend to 90 minutes to gently establish the foundations.
- Sessions are held online, or in person at Sandira’s home near Tomar, Portugal.
- The session structure is detailed below. It remains flexible to adapt to your preferences and your pace.
