Book | The Beeing: Life Inside a Honeybee Colony

Original title: Le Génie des Abeilles.
This book is a visual peek into the hive and the lives of bees, including their sophisticated way of organising and relating. With over a hundred pictures in 30x30cm pages, many of them macro, it is a feast for the eye and reveals many details that lure you into the fascinating universe of the bees.

We use this book for our bee presentations. These pictures are a starting point to adapt our stories to the interest and experience of the group we are with. The book creates the atmosphere for story telling, a tribute to the wonder and mystery of the Beeing of the bee.

Also breathtaking, by the same author and photographer: Honey From the Earth | Beekeeping and Honey Hunting on Six Continents.
