My shamanic journey began in my early adulthood, when I spent several months working with the Innu, an Indigenous community in northern Quebec, helping to valorise their resources and cultural heritage.

In 2003, I travelled for several months through Central America, working in exchange for food and shelter while discovering diverse communities and traditions.

A few years later, I spent several extended periods in the Amazon rainforest, studying plant shamanism and volunteering in ayahuasca centres.

In 2014, I began studying bee shamanism, first with The Lyceum in the UK. I then continued to deepen that connection on my own, with the bees as my teachers.

These peregrinations led me to develop subtle modes of communication with different types of consciousnesses such as the Devas* and other guardians of the Earth.

When I arrived in Portugal in 2010, I initially lived for 5 years in the intentional community of Tamera (Healing Biotope and Peace Research Centre) where my journey with the bees began.

Harvesting honey has never been my calling, my interest and my joy lay in the exploration of respectful ways of relating, creating and playing with the bees. There I created the BeeGarden, an egg-shaped sanctuary for the honeybees.

Then life sent me an initiatic and transformative challenge: I became ill. Very ill. For 5 years, fibromyalgia was  both my biggest nightmare, and my biggest teacher.

In the depths of it, weighing only 33 kilos, I had serious conversations with death… There I found the profound decision to live, with indisputable clarity.

During these years, the honeybee was one of my closest allies, my muse, and healer.

My breakthrough was accompanied by the birth of my first book, “Bee Wisdom: Teachings from the Hive“. Published in French in 2020, in English in 2021 and in German in 2025, it shares many of my conversations with the Deva of the honeybees, as well as various anecdotes about my journey with them.

I am now anchored in central Portugal, with the wonderful responsibility of caring for a piece of land full of white, pink and orange quartz. I am preparing spaces to welcome several cosy honey bee nests.

Today, the core of my work is dedicated to intuition coaching. I help sensitive souls awaken and embody their inner truth. My sessions and programmes are designed to guide truth seekers on their journey, helping them access their innate power and inner knowing.
